Delete your account or data

Riders: delete in the app

1. Open the Protein House app and log in.
2. On the Deliveries screen, tap the ⋮ menu at the top. (Still waiting for approval? The button is on that screen.)
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete.

You need to finish any delivery you are on, hand over cash you are holding and be paid what you are owed first. The app tells you if anything is left to settle.

Without the app

Message us on WhatsApp from the phone number you used with us and ask us to delete your account or details. Our number is 0323 3174738. We check it's you, then delete it and confirm on WhatsApp.

Customers have no account. We remove your name, phone number, address and map location from your past orders.

What is deleted

• Your login.
• Your rider profile: name, phone number, CNIC and bike number.
• Your rider application and any password reset request.
• The notification registrations for your phones.

What is kept, and why

Records of deliveries you made, cash you collected and handed over, and payouts are kept as the kitchen's business records, for as long as we need them for our accounts and to settle any dispute. They are never used to contact you.

Details saved on your own phone or browser are removed when you clear the app's or the website's data.
